I am thrilled to have found some AMAZING Vintage Farmhouse finds & all in the same day! Even if vintage treasures do not have much monetary value, they hold value in their story & timeless beauty.
Today, I am sharing my top 10 favorite finds from a recent vintage thrift haul. I tried to post what info I have on each piece along with the cost and price I listed the item for. The listing price does not include shipping.

10 of My Favorite Recent Vintage Farmhouse Finds
A lovely lady that lives nearby was cleaning out items that had been passed down. I fell in love with all of the beautiful items that were for sale. My favorite thing about vintage finds is the story and life of each piece.

Wooden Produce Crates – Vintage Farmhouse Finds
This is my favorite find from this haul. Craftsmanship is amazing as these 3 pieces all stack perfectly together OR can be laid down in a row on a table to create a one-of-a-kind centerpiece.
Vintage Metal Cheese Grater – Vintage Farmhouse Finds – SOLD
This piece is loaded with rustic charm & can be displayed as a shelf sitter, candle holder, & centerpiece. Decorate for the holidays or seasons by adding a candle & trim!
This piece comes with a small sprig of white pip berries w rusted jingle bells & a jute string tied on the side (both can easily be removed)
Enamel Floral Colander – Vintage Farmhouse Finds – SOLD
The handles appear to be brass. Some signs of wear around the handles but this piece is both functional & a unique piece of decor.
Raw Wood Frames – Vintage Farmhouse Finds
There were a dozen of these raw wood frames the first day we went to this sale & I grabbed two. I did go back the next day to purchase more and they had sold out. My first thought was to make them into trays but now I’m thinking of just selling them as is.
Cost $2 for the set
Triangle Liquor Decanter Bottles – Vintage Farmhouse Finds
The set of two decanters came in as my second favorite piece from this haul. Their unique shape & cheery green-tinted glass make them a perfect accent to any decor.
Cost $2 for set
Metal Milk Carrier – Vintage Farmhouse Finds
I am not sure if this piece is vintage but it sure fits into farmhouse or cottage decor. I believe this is an older style Bryne Dairy milk carrier. It would hold 4 glass milk jugs. (They still sell the glass jugs of milk). This carrier holds 4 wide-mouth Mason jars that can be filled with flowers, plants, silverware or made into a centerpiece for the holidays.
Cost .50 cents
Wooden Cane Seated Chair – Vintage Farmhouse Finds
This gorgeous Tiger Maple Wooden chair is very much an antique & was such an amazing find! The lady selling the items said that it had been recanned over the recent years. If only it came as a set 🙂
I believe this is the same chair here back in 2007 that was valued at an estimate pending an inspection at $1k for a set of two. You can see the article here in Country Living magazine.
Cost $6 (it had a price of $10 & as I was looking at it she marked it down to $6 for me)
Aluminum Farm Bucket – Vintage Farmhouse Finds
Gotta love the charm of this vintage aluminum pail with a wooden handle. From researching online it appears to be from around the 1930-1950s.
Cost $2
Hobnail Milk Glass Salt & Pepper Shakers – SOLD
This set of shakers has beautiful hobnail detailing & will compliment just about any decor. Both pieces are of amazing quality & have some weight to them. They look like Fenton Hobnail Milk Glass but since I’m not 100% sure, I will be listing them as a simple vintage set of shakers.
Cost $1.00
Wooden Cutting Board – Thrifted Famrhouse
This vintage hand-cut wooden cutting board has so much rustic farmhouse appeal. Outlined in faded red paint adds to its charm. Handmade in high school from Grandma is handwritten on the side. I will be restoring this piece so can be used as a functional +/or decor piece.
Listing price $12.99
